Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy describes data handled by jinkusucam.tokyo, the client access portal, and the JINKUSU CAM desktop application when connecting to our licensing API.
1. Data we collect
- License authentication: license key, TOTP codes (validated, not stored in plain text), device identifier, session tokens.
- Orders: plan selection, order codes, optional contact handle you provide at checkout (stored locally in your browser unless sent to support).
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent, request timestamps for security and rate limiting.
- Support messages: content you send via Telegram or Session.
2. Data we do not collect
Face images, webcam frames, and audio processed by the desktop app stay on your machine unless you explicitly upload or share them. We do not operate cloud inference for the core swap pipeline.
3. Local storage
The website may store portal session tokens in sessionStorage and pending order codes in localStorage to recover checkout. You can clear these via browser settings.
4. Third parties
Fonts load from Google Fonts. Telegram links open the Telegram service. Download links may point to third-party tools (OBS, drivers). Review their policies separately.
5. Retention & security
License and audit records are retained while your subscription is active and as required for fraud prevention. API traffic uses TLS. Access is restricted to authorized operators.
6. Your rights
Contact @jinkususupport to request license data export or deletion where applicable law allows.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
