Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of JINKUSU CAM desktop software, the jinkusucam.tokyo website, licensed downloads, and optional Virtual GPU (vGPU) services offered by JINKUSU.DEV.

1. License grant

Paid plans grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run the software subject to seat limits and TOTP authentication. Source-code purchases include separate handover terms agreed at sale.

2. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The software is marketed for research, lab, and authorized testing workflows. Misrepresentation, fraud, harassment, or unlawful surveillance are prohibited. We may revoke licenses for abuse or chargeback fraud.

3. Payments

Prices are listed in USD. Crypto payments are processed manually via support channels. Activation occurs after payment confirmation. Promotional pricing may change without notice for new orders.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Digital licenses are generally non-refundable once activated. vGPU subscriptions renew monthly; cancel before the next billing cycle via @jinkususupport. Partial refunds are at operator discretion for provisioning failures.

5. vGPU service

Virtual GPU nodes are provided as remote Windows instances. Uptime targets are best-effort; maintenance windows may apply. You must not mine cryptocurrency, resell raw GPU access, or store illegal content on rented nodes.

6. Disclaimer

Software and services are provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages, identity misuse by end users, or third-party platform bans.
